    • Department of Fundamental Theories Disciplines– which includes essential subjects as Anatomy, Pathologic Anatomy, Normal Anatomy of Splanchnology and Angiology, Clinical Anatomy, Topographic Anatomy and Operational Surgery, Biology, Bioorganic Chemistry and Medical Chemistry, Physics, Human Embryology, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Histology Physiology, and Cytology and other various basic sciences which are used in the practice of a doctor.
    • Department of Clinical Disciplines – which include the subjects which are of value to the higher years′ students, as Internal Medicine Infectious Diseases, Infant infectious Diseases, Psychology, Paediatrics, Obstetrics, -clinical medicine, Palliative Medicine, Public Health, Medical Genetics, General Surgery and others.
  • Teaching hospitals are well equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment facilities to train students at a higher scientific and professional level.

About Faculties

Medical faculty of Osh State University has been training foreign students since 1992. During the years of its existence the Medical faculty at Osh State University has trained foreign students from more than twenty countries. At present 2751 students are studying at Medical faculty including about 600 students from other countries like Pakistan, India, Nepal, Palestine, Syria, Turkey, Iran, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and other countries.The medium of instruction is English and Russian. Foreign Students have a choice to study in English medium or Russian medium. Foreign students don't have to study at preparatory department, they get admission directly into first year M.D in English medium. All the subjects are taught in English language. On the completion, of course, degree of M.D is awarded which is valid and recognized all over the world.

Fee structure of Osh State University
  • 6500(Tution Fee)+200(Hostel Fee) = 6700 USD P/Year (1st Year) = 4,35,500 INR (approx.) p/year
  • 2400(Tution Fee)+200(Hostel Fee) = 2600 USD P/Year (2nd to 6th year ) = 1,69,000 INR (approx.) p/year

Eligibility - He / She should have obtained aggregate 50% marks in the Physics / Chemistry / Biology/English in the 12th standard. As per the requirement of the Medical Council of India. There are no entrances examinations and the admissions are strictly on a first come first served basis. From world over there are large number of applicants and the seats are limited therefore, there is an added benefit to those applicants who apply early.
